You’ll hear from me before your advisory period ends, so nothing expires by surprise.
BEFORE WE MEET
Come as you are.
You don’t need to prepare anything polished. If it helps, use the short pre-session form to tell me what’s going on. A few sentences is plenty. Please leave out sensitive personal information about others and your organization’s confidential or proprietary information.
We’ll use the hour to talk through what’s actually happening, figure out what matters, and think through your next move.

- Sessions must be used within your advisory period. Unused sessions expire when it ends.
- Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice using the link in your calendar invite.
- Late cancellations and no-shows use the session.
- All purchases are final, and unused sessions aren’t refunded or credited.
- There’s no between-session email coaching. Scheduling questions are always welcome.
- If your employer changes, let me know before your next session so I can run a quick conflict check.
- Your package is for you as the purchaser and can’t be transferred.
